Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedule
At Beauty Paragon Store, we want to ensure you receive your pretty purchases as soon as possible! Because of this, we have set up 3 shipping options for you through Canada Post; standard, express and next day courier. Beauty Store only ships to addresses in Canada and the Continental United States.

Only standard shipping is available for the Continental United States for $18.

Due to the weight and size of specific products, some exceptions and additional fees may apply.  Please confirm shipping costs on the checkout page before proceeding to purchase.

Due to commercial shipping regulations, certain items considered hazardous materials (nail polish, fragrance, and alcohol based products) must be shipped by ground- only transportation (standard shipping).
Order Processing Time:

Business Days: 

Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays in Canada

Next day orders: 
All orders placed by 1:59 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. 

Standard and Express orders:
Orders placed will be processed the next business day (Monday- Friday excluding major holidays ).
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. The email will contain a link to track your shipment. Your tracking number will be active within 7 hours from the time you receive this email.


Canada Post will attempt to deliver your package once. If no one is home to accept the package, it will be delivered to the Canada Post outlet for your area. You are responsible for picking up the package from this outlet.

If your order is not delivered successfully, a paper Delivery Notice will be left for you. In case this notice is lost or not received, you can also find out where to pick up your package by logging in to your account and viewing the order for tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Before calling to report your package missing, please check your order status by logging in to your account. If Canada Post attempted to deliver your order once, you may need to pick it up at your local Canada Post outlet.

If there hasn't been an attempted delivery, and more days have passed than what is shown in the Expected Shipping Times section above, please contact us right away. We will open an investigation with Canada Post on your behalf. Canada Post investigations take up to 5 business days.

We cannot reship or refund your order during this waiting period, as orders are usually found and delivered by Canada Post. If you cannot wait for the Canada Post investigation to be completed, you will need to place a second order (paid in full). You may return the first order once it is received for a refund.

Undeliverable Orders (Shipping, Labelling or Other Sender Error): Will be returned to Beauty Paragon and we will reship your order to you (additional shipping costs may apply).

Undeliverable Orders due to customer checkout error (Address, Postal Code or other): Will be returned to Beauty Store and we will reship your order on a case by case basis, at our discretion.

Orders Declared Lost or Stolen: On a case by case basis, after a Canada Post investigation has been completed, we will either replace or refund your order, at no additional cost to you. (additional costs my apply)
Taxes & Brokerage
As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order (cost of goods plus all shipping and handling). This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province to which your order is being shipped.



If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Return Costs
Items may be returned for a refund (minus the shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging (unopened and unused), there is 20% restocking fee for all unsued unopened items.  Please contact us if you have any other questions

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of reciept of product.  Item may be returned for a full refund (including shipping fees).
